15w40 – Multigrade Engine Oil

15w40 Motor Oil manufacturer and supplier is high-performance heavy-duty engine oils manufactured from high-quality base oils, which have been fortified with additives to provide excellent protection against wear, deposits and corrosion, longer drain intervals.

It is multi-grade engine oil with optimal TBN for long drain internal and best performance. A single grade oil like 15W or SAE 40 oil has a high viscosity when cold and a lower viscosity when hot. The first number 15W is the viscosity of the oil at cold temperature, and the second number 40 is the viscosity at 100 °C. The 15W40 designation means that the oil is a multigrade oil.

Gear oil

Gear oil is blended with high-quality mineral oils containing sulfur phosphorous providing anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. These oils have very good oxidation stability at a higher temperature and excellent thermal stability over other conventional gear oils. These oils are having good rust and corrosion protection properties.

Gear oil is lubricant specifically formulated used mainly for industrial heavy-duty gear systems. It is of a higher viscosity to better protect the gears. The high viscosity ensures the transfer of lubricant throughout the gear train. They are usually petroleum-based with added protection against wear and tear.

Recommended for hypoid spiral bevel or worn gear transmission system of passenger car, buses trucks requiring EP type additives. Power Transmission units of vehicles operating at low temperature steering gear.

MP4 Grease

MP4 Grease is high-quality and extra firm lithium based multipurpose grease suitable for both automotive and industrial applications. Manufactured from high-quality base stocks, superior quality lithium soap, and performance additives. It also provides excellent oxidation stability, mechanical stability, and water washout characteristics to enable trouble-free operation under varying conditions.

MP4 has a drop point up to 190 Deg C and penetration from 175-205 hence provide ultimate tackiness to bearing and extends bearing life.Our grease quality is the same as Castrol, Veedol, Mobil, HPCL, and IOCL.

It is recommended for special type of Industrial and Automotive Bearing where more firm grease is required.

MP3 Grease has drop point upto 190 Deg C and penetration from 220 – 250 hence provide ultimate lubrication to bearing and extends bearing life.

It is recommended for the lubrication of automotive chassis fittings and bearings and for general industrial lubrication where service conditions are moderate.

Long Life Grease

Long Life Grease is a premium quality lithium soap based multi-functional grease. Made from premium quality base oil and strengthened with superior additives. Provides extraordinary performance, especially for heavy-duty applications. For a longer drain period than normal lithium-based greases, a special chemical is also used. Used in automotive wheel bearings on all types of automobile vehicles. This grease gives a long life when used in trucks or buses bearing.

Chassis Grease

Chassis Grease is a Calcium-based grease made from high-quality base oils and thickening agents. Uses anhydrous calcium thickener combined with a high base oil viscosity. That offers excellent water resistance and stickiness to surfaces as well as very good anti-wear properties. Thus it is used for lubrication systems under low to medium temperatures.

Construction, agricultural and marine applications. Mostly in Spring leaves, chain Brives, Open, and Semi-open Gear Systems.

Wheel Bearing Grease

Wheel Bearing Grease is a sodium-based grease, which provides excellent performance even when subjected to extremely heavy shear. It maintains its structural Stability over long service and withstands excessive churnings. Mostly suitable for wheel bearings and ball bearings and other automotive applications that are not exposed to moisture/water. Also has high tackiness properties.

Wheel bearings, Industrial Bearings and for other automotive applications which do not come in with water.
