Oils
HLP Hydraulic Oil
HLP Hydraulic oils are recommended for lubrication of Industrial machinery and hydraulic systems fitted with a wide variety of pumps operating under moderate conditions.
HLP Hydraulic oils are specially formulated for efficient and trouble-free operations. They are blended from solvent refined, thermally, and chemically stable mineral oils. Anti-wear, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, and anti-foam additives are also added. Generally used in hydraulic and lubrication systems of a wide variety of industrial equipment.
HLP Hydraulic oils are recommended for lubrication of Industrial machinery and hydraulic systems fitted with a wide variety of pumps operating under moderate conditions.Hydraulic oil are also recommended for circulation, splash, bath and ring oiling systems. The adaptability of hydraulic oil greatly reduces lubrication costs and ensure smooth and trouble free operation.
Compressor Oil
Compressor oils are specially developed compressor oils to provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high temperature and load conditions.
Compressor oils provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high temperature and load conditions. Exceptional stable, antioxidants and antirust additives are added for better performance.
A special polymeric additive for reducing oil consumption is also added. These oils are blended to meet the requirement of DIN 51506 VD-L group and ISO DIS 6521 specifications for air compressor oil. Thus these oils are used for excellent Cylinder lubricants. And for high performance reciprocating and rotary air compressors and can be used up-to 220°C air discharge temperature.
Compressor Oil is used to lubricate both the working parts and the pressurized spaces in a compressor. The purpose of the compressor oil in the pressurized section is not only to reduce friction and wear, but also to improve sealing of the pressurized spaces and to provide cooling.
Spindle Oil
Spindle Oil is a low viscosity lubricants containing anti-ware, anti-rush and anti foam additives. This oil is recommended for lubrication of textile and machine tool spindle bearings, timing gears, positive displacement blowers, and for tracer mechanism and hydraulic systems of certain high precision machine tools.
Silver Tree-GL-SPIN EE oils are premium textile machinery oils developed specifically as energy efficient spindle lubricant for the ring frames. Formulated with superior quality hydro treated base stocks these oils offer improved service life and possess superior oxidation/thermal stability. These oils have potential of about 5% power saving.
Silver Tree-GL-SPIN oils are recommended for bearing lubrication of high speed textile spindles and machine tool spindles. Other applications include timing gears, positive displacement blowers and tracer mechanism and hydraulic systems of precision machine tools.
Available in grade : ISO VG 2 to ISO VG 22
This oil is recommended for lubrication of textile and machine tool spindle bearings, timing gears, positive displacement blowers, and for tracer mechanism and hydraulic systems of certain high precision machine tools.
Turbine Oil
"Turbine Oil" is primarily designed to use it in turbines.It is made from highly refined paraffinic base oils.Thus provides

Majorly used in both steam and moderate-duty gas turbines. Primarily designed to use it in turbines.
Available Grade is ISO VG 15 to ISO VG 460.
It is used in pressure circulation lube oil system in steam/gas/water turbines as mover for electricity generation.

Rubber Process Oil
Rubber Processing Oil assists in modifying physical properties of finished rubber products.
Aluminium Wire Drawing Oil

Glass Mould Oil
Glass Mould Oil are non-graphite type glass mould oils used for de-moulding in glass moulding industry.
Quenching Oil
This oil is used as quenching medium in general heat treatment application where tower quenching speed is desired.
Rust Preventive Oil
GP 125 is used as rust-preventive for protection of black sheets during storage and transportation in Steel Plants.
Fire Resistant Hydraulic Oil
Fire Resistant Hydraulic Oil is an Excellent fire-resistance coupled with good cost and performance makes water glycol fluids the right choice for many industrial applications.
Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil

Biodegradable industrial gearbox oils
Silver Tree-GL has developed a range of high-quality biodegradable oils formulated from saturated synthetic esters: the BIO NATUR GEAR range.
The BIO NATUR GEAR range is particularly recommended:

Greases
EP3 Grease
A premium quality extreme pressure grease. Processed from premium quality base oil and extreme pressure chemicals. Have high water resistance properties. Special chemical additives are also added which enhance oxidation resistance and also a special type of polymer to withstand oil separation.
EP3 Grease made using “state of art”, high-tech grease. It is an NLGI No.3 multi-purpose, extreme pressure grease. It offers significant advantages over conventional soap and clay-based greases in terms of shear stability, thermal stability, water resistance, and pump ability. It has a high drop point and is suitable for continuous service up to 140 Deg C.
Recommended for all plain and roller bearings in equipment operating under severs to heavy shock loading conditions and temperatures.

EP2 Grease
EP2 Grease is premium quality lithium based greases containing Extreme Pressure additives which confer excellent shear stability and high load carrying ability. These are suitable for situations dictating the use of extreme pressure grease, particularly, those subjected to shock loads.
EP 2 is recommended for multipurpose applications in anti friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.
It provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common.
It has drop point of 190 Deg C and penetration ranging from 265 to 295. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250.
Recommended for all plain and roller bearings in equipment operating under severs shock loading conditions.

EP1 Grease
EP1 Grease is premium quality lithium based greases containing Extreme Pressure additives which confer excellent shear stability and high load carrying ability. These are suitable for situations dictating the use of extreme pressure grease, particularly, those subjected to shock loads.
EP1 Grease is recommended for multipurpose applications in anti friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.
It provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out which makes them particularly suitable for equipment where moist or wet conditions are common.
It has drop point of 190 Deg C and penetration ranging from 310 to 340. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250.

It is premium quality lithium complex soap based multi-functional grease processed from high quality base oil and chemicals.
It contains extreme pressure additives for high load bearing capacity. It contains anti-oxidation additives for long life of grease. It contains anti-corrosion additives for prevention of corrosion in bearing. It has good tackiness for excellent water resistance.
Recommended for all industrial and automotive bearing where operating temperature range is 220 deg c to 250 degc.

Lithium Complex Grease-LX3
Lithium Complex Grease is premium quality lithium complex soap based multi-functional grease processed from high quality base oil and chemicals.
Lithium Complex Grease -LX3 contains extreme pressure additives for high load bearing capacity. It contains anti-oxidation additives for long life of grease. It contains anti-corrosion additives for prevention of corrosion in bearing. It has good tackiness for excellent water resistance.
It has drop point upto 280 Deg C and penetration ranging from 225-250. It has 4 ball load carrying capacity upto 250.
Passenger cars, vans, trucks, farm tractors and general industrial equipment, machine tools and home appliances.
It is recommended for the lubrication of automotive chassis fittings and bearings and for general industrial lubrication where service conditions are moderate.

Water Resistant Grease
Water Resistant Greases are smooth structured grease based on Lithium – Calcium mixed soap specially designed to meet the lubrication requirement of areas where excessive water ingress cannot be avoided. Water Resistant Grease possess excellent water resistance, EP, anti-rust and anti-wear properties for meeting the severe lubrication requirements in steel mill and other applications.Water Resistant Grease are suitable for centralized lubrication system.

High Temperature Grease
High Temperature Grease is designed to meet high speed bearing protection in machinery. It not only to protect the bearings at high temperature but also to lubricate them for smooth performance of bearing in that condition and it is also fortified with extreme pressure additives to resist mechanical load.
This grease contains anti-oxidant additives which impart long term lubrication which also provides a good thermal stability due to high drop point ( >= 260 Deg C) compared to conventional grease. It also has more water washout properties than normal grease.
